Street Tacos & Hot Dogs

Carne asada off the grill, birria with consomé for dipping, and loaded Sonoran dogs — now serving Sierra Vista & Bisbee.

Nuestra Historia · Our Story

Street Food Made the Guadalajara Way

Guadalajara Street Tacos & Hot Dogs is a locally owned taqueria serving southern Arizona from two kitchens on Highway 92 — our original spot in Sierra Vista and our newest home in Bisbee.

We cook the food we grew up on: carne asada and al pastor on warm tortillas, slow-simmered birria for tacos, quesabirrias and our famous pizzabirria, and Sonoran-style hot dogs loaded with beans, tomato, onion, mayo, mustard and jalapeño sauce. The doors open at 8 AM for breakfast burritos and chilaquiles, and the grill keeps going through lunch and dinner with burritos, burgers, nacho fries, caldos, and ice-cold aguas frescas — horchata is the house favorite.

Tuesdays are our biggest day of the week — more than 4,400 Taco Tuesday tacos went out the window last quarter. Taco Tuesday · Every Week
